This tool helps us convert your email address to a unique number that Facebook uses to match to unique numbers Facebook generates from email addresses of its users. Contact us forms – besides your email, we may collect additional data such as your name, company, industry of your company, size of your company and your phone number. Contact us through Desk – we use a third party provider, Desk to manage our contact us queries. Customers provide their email and name, which Desk will store for 2 years. Chat with us – we use a third party provider, Zendesk to manage our live chat and customer service experience. Customers will sometimes provide their email and name, which Zendesk will store for 2 years.

We shall use your information registered for the promotional offer solely for the purpose of the promotional information and for sending additional marketing materials which we believe represent an interest to you. You can contact us to delete your details if you decide to withdraw from the promotional campaign. Your information will not be shared with third parties or purposes other than providing you updates regarding the promotion. When we run promotional campaigns, we ask our visitors interested to purchase, try or find more about our services or products the following information that we capture and store: email address, full name, company, industry of the company, size of the company and phone number.

We advertise our jobs so visitors can review them and apply to any of them. When you apply to our job(s), we will ask and store your full name, your email address, your phone number and your resume if available. We will store this information for a period of 5 years to match your experience with our openings and projects. After this period we will contact you to ask your permission to continue using your information. We will use the information you have provided to assess your experience and skills, and to contact you in case we believe you are a good candidate for our projects. While we do not share your personal information with our clients, we will share key information about your experience including your overall experience, the number of years you used a particular technology or a brief of your skills. We share this information with our clients or affiliates of our clients to qualify your application.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and delivery details to be able to carry out the requirements.

What is the purpose of processing this information?

The purpose of collecting information is made clear to you at the point of information collection. We process information based upon consent.

Who do we share this information with?

IT Teams will never independently sell personal information for commercial purposes. IT Teams shares your information with third party companies listed in this agreement such as google, facebook, desk, zen desk, as described above.

How long do we keep this data for?

We keep personal data for promotions and marketing for 2 year and personal data for job applications for 5 years . After this period we will contact you to ask your consent to continue using your information.

How can we make sure your data is secured?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to seek to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.  In the case of an improbable data breach, you will be notified within 72 hours since we have been aware of the breach.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
