Full onsite (Bucharest, Brașov, or Timișoara)

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support at L2 to L2.5 levels. You will receive more complex tickets, which cannot be resolved by the L1 support team.

  • Work on OpenShift servers (both Cloud-hosted and on-premises Data Centers).
  • Utilize Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring.
  • Support automation processes using Ansible and Ansible Tower/Automation (migration ongoing).
  • Assist with deployment tasks using HelmRelease, with future migration towards ArgoCD and Git.
  • Perform light debugging tasks in Jenkins as needed.

Technologies involved:

  • Linux (minimum knowledge required);
  • Networking (basic understanding required);
  • OpenShift/Kubernetes;
  • Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus;
  • Automation: Ansible, Ansible Tower/Automation;
  • Deployment: HelmRelease, future migration to ArgoCD;

  • The role requires working in rotating shifts (24/7), including night shifts approximately once every three weeks.
  • Shift work is essential to ensure timely responses and continuous monitoring of systems.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Minimum knowledge of Linux and Networking.
