We are looking to hire:

IT SAP BI/BW Consultant

We are looking for an IT SAP BI/BW Consultant that will design and develop BW data models & data flow objects in SAP BW 7.x.

Remote, working on Florida time zone, Orlando

Long term, full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop BW data models & data flow objects in SAP BW 7.x. 
  • Build Info Cubes, ODS/DSO, Multi-providers, transformations, extractors, data sources, Process Chains and required routines. 
  • Design and develop complex BEx queries to meet reporting requirements. 
  • Develop variables, restrict key figures, calculate key figures, structures and selections in SAP BEx Query Designer. 
  • Process chains to load and monitor data loading. 
  • Adopt data modeling & data flow design best practices to develop robust & scalable solutions. 
  • Optimize reporting and data load performance through Query monitoring tool, Aggregates, Indexes, InfoCube Compression. 
  • Develop and troubleshoot ABAP programs including user exits, Customer Exit, function modules and Routines.
  • Knowledge of BW4HANA calculation views, SQL.

 

Requirements & minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant, hands-on experience with the following specializations:
    • SAP BW ETL and modeling 
    • SAP BEx – Query Designer, Analyzer and Web Analyzer 
    • Strong ABAP skills are mandatory 
  • SAP SAC knowledge: Experience using SAP SAC Objects to design and maintain applications / stories. 
  • Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English. 
  • Project management experience (scheduling, quality control, change communication).
  • No hindrance for business travels (international & domestic).

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Experience with S/4 HANA. 
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP).
  • International working experience preferred.
