Defect Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Scope: defects identified related to the testing of operational procedures (OPs) (step-by-step instructions for client staff to operate and maintain a complex border management system in Europe. 
  • Defects are identified by the testers in the client’s organization. 
  • SPOC for the client’s OPs testing coordinator. 
  • Take responsibility for timely and correctly defect resolution with support of the Dev & Test team PMs and SMEs for OP system related defects. 
  • Coordinate with the client’s OP PM and partners to resolve defects related to OP documentation. 
  • Continuous improvement: analyze defect trends and offer improvement suggestions. 
  • Good verbal and writing English communication skills. 
  • Used to work distributed teams. 
  • Able to perform under pressure.
