Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation:
● Actively identify and target potential clients in need of IT outsourcing and staff augmentation
services.
● Use a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social
selling, to generate new leads.
● Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
2. Sales & Negotiation:
● Qualify leads to determine their business needs, budget, and decision-making process.
● Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our
services.
● Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close new deals and achieve sales targets.
3. Pipeline Management:
● Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
● Track all sales activities and progress, from initial contact to deal closure.
4. Collaboration & Strategy:
● Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials.
● Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client
requirements.
● Provide feedback to the leadership team on market trends, competitive landscape, and client
needs.
What we’re looking for:
● Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services
● Strong negotiation and closing skills.
● Demonstrate understanding of services offerings, ability to differentiate service offerings & models
with corresponding pricing policy
● Big fan of numbers & KPIs
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
● Familiarity with sales CRM software
● Full Professional Proficiency in English
