Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes, including communication plans, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing employee satisfaction, morale, and performance.
- Facilitate or plan training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Support communication efforts by designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications as per stakeholder requirements.
- Manage visual communication requests, including designing powerful presentations and ensuring consistency in visual branding across various communication channels.
Requirements
- Certification in Prosci Change Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in organizational change management, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in cybersecurity projects or programs, potentially with a focus on governance or legislation
- Strong experience in managing operational tasks, including developing stakeholder matrices, communication plans, and drafting strategic documents.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure program visibility and effective dissemination of information.
- Change Management Expertise: Proficiency in Prosci Change Management methodologies, including ADKAR model, is essential. This includes the ability to develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. The ability to design, develop, deliver, and manage communications as per stakeholder requirements is important. This includes creating communication plans, conducting stakeholder analysis, and performing impact assessments
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with project managers, digital change partners, and other stakeholders to develop change plans for specific initiatives or projects. Ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives is key.
- Graphic Design: Managing visual communication requests, including designing powerful presentations and creating graphic design elements for communications. Ensuring consistency in visual branding across various communication channels is beneficial
- Training and Development: Ability to facilitate or plan training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth. This includes monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement and change management.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of change management initiatives.
- Digital Transformation: Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives. This includes understanding the impact of digital changes on the organization and managing the transition effectively
- Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement and change management. Reporting findings to senior management and making data-driven decisions is important.
