  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements; 
  • Manage incident queues and resolve platform-related issues promptly; 
  • Implement changes following change management procedures; 
  • Administer user roles, access controls, and permissions; 
  • Develop and maintain the service catalog and request fulfillment processes; 
  • Design and maintain automation workflows to improve efficiency; 
  • Create and customize reports and dashboards for performance analysis; 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate ServiceNow with other systems; 
  • Develop documentation and provide training to users; 
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow enhancements and best practices.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 
  • 1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or similar role; 
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and scripting; 
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management processes; 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; 
  • ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
