 Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow our existing client accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction, foster long- term partnerships, and identify opportunities to expand our services within your assigned accounts. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor and the voice of the customer within our organization.

Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship Management:
● Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders, from project
managers to C-level executives.
● Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with
their strategic goals.

2. Account Growth & Upselling:
● Proactively identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services within existing
accounts.
● Work with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose additional IT talent or project-
based solutions.
● Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

3. Coordination & Delivery:
● Liaise with the delivery team, technical recruiters, and consultants to ensure services are delivered
on time and meet client expectations.
● Address and resolve any client issues or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
● Act as the client advocate internally, communicating their feedback and requirements to relevant
teams.

4. Reporting & Analysis:
● Monitor key account performance metrics, including client satisfaction, utilization rates, and
revenue.
● Prepare and present regular reports on account status and growth opportunities to management.

What we’re looking for :
● Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably within the IT
or tech industry.
● A strong track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
● Demonstrate understanding of services offerings, ability to differentiate service offerings & models
with corresponding pricing policy
● Strong negotiation skills
● Big fan of numbers & KPIs
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
● Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
● Knowledge of IT services, outsourcing, and software development lifecycles is a plus.
● Full Professional Proficiency in English
